• For the nineth consecutive year, MSU-COM has ranked in the top 5% in the nation of all medical schools - MD & DO - in data compiled by U.S. News & World Report on primary care education. 

• Placing 7th this year, MSU-COM also has consistently outranked all of its sister osteopathic institutions in primary care education. 

• In research, MSU-COM outplaces all other osteopathic colleges in the national in funding received from the National Insitutes of Health.

• Top NIH funding among all osteopathic colleges - nearly $7 million in 31 awards
