College of Human Medicine Opening of Secchia Center

Leaders from MSU, the College of Human Medicine and other dignitaries gathered Sept. 10 for a ribbon-cutting and dedication of the college’s $90 million, privately funded medical education facility named in honor of MSU alumni Peter and Joan Secchia.

 With Sparty donning an honorary white lab coat and greeting guests, more than 2,000 visitors made their way Sept. 11 through the 180,000-square-foot Secchia Center for the College of Human Medicine’s Community Open House.
